She has been the head of a large referral laboratory for over 10 years with administrative management, instrumental in setting up satellite labs in the hub and spoke model. Mithua Ghosh has led in setting up the unit for cancer genomics, liquid biopsy, and molecular diagnostics for cancer detection at Triesta.
